I ate turkey the other night so I decided to make one, plain and unadorned! This guy has thunder thighs. My mom likes to make a full Thanksgiving feast, but we have Thanksgiving about a dozen times a year!! She can't just make the turkey- it has to include the stuffing, the mashed potatoes, the yams...yep, the works. I come from a very food obsessed family ;-).

I am not a fan of real life turkey but I love yours. Don't know why but I keep dreaming of a table with loads and loads of meat. Even when I am walking. You must meet my dad. He's food obsessed too and my bro. The men in my family :)
ReplyDeleteThanks guys!!!
ReplyDeletePeiwen, this sucker is on some serious 'roids ;-)!!
Cindy, you are welcome ANY time, my friend!! But honestly, I want some Singapore chicken and rice. For real!!
Susan, when I eat turkey, I flip the bird over to get at the dark meat, and I pretty much leave the white alone! Methinks our families would get along like a house on fire ;-). My mom is a true carnivore. I was watching Anthony Bourdain's No Reservation the other night and he went to Vienna. I could not believe the amount of meat they put away!!! It was INSANE!!!!
Gracias, Ascensión! Por cierto, me encanta su nombre-es tan único!
ReplyDeleteThank you Karin, Kikka, Catherine, and Teresa!! Very happy you like it :-D!! I like making meat!!
I am with you Keaver. Dark meat only! Leave the white meat for your mom and the Boo.
ReplyDeleteLooks awesome congrats!
