Oy. Here is a basket of Quince

And the burnout continues. I've been feeling a bit uninspired  lately. This will soon pass. When I am like this, I just go through the motions. Verrrrry slowly (except for the night before last when I tackled 15 jars of different jams at one time for a customer and threw 4 over the balcony). I usually attack stuff like no one's bidness, but not lately :-/.  I am going in for a coverup tattoo tomorrow (left back shoulder) and I am going to make it big! Maybe doing this will put some life back into me and spark something.

  5. I just love these quince Kiva! Deeevine!!! Hope your amateur jam jar throwing event didn't hit too many unsuspecting tiny shrews below {:O) Can't wait to see your tatoo too . . . yes you're maybe right - it could be a sharp, sparky, inspirational moment for you x

  8. Thanks guys! Yeah, just kind of farty lately, going through the motions. It's a combo of extreme burnout and my mind on other things. It will pass.

HAHA!! Trust me, none of you would have wanted the crap I threw over the balcony! I didn't hit anyone because it's way off to the side in the bushes ;-). Linda, yes, it is something I do when I am frustrated and pissed that something didn't come out right. There's the jam, some baby octopi with broken legs, a couple lobsters, pasta with shrimp, various bottles and glasses...stuff like that :-/.

I didn't get the tatt today because I couldn't make it, but hopefully tomorrow! Christel, YES!!!! DO IT!!!!

  9. Are you in love, darling Kiva? Is that why your mind is on "other things?"

Can you imagine yourself Juliet standing over a balcony but instead of Romeo, there are all these women holding their hands out for your rejects :)..lol! What a view! :)

    Wuv those quinces.

  10. Susan, you are freaking me out a little!! Are you psychic?? Well, I feel myself falling a wee bit, and yes, it is a bit difficult to concentrate right now. It's the "first blush", no doubt. I WILL snap out of it. Trust me, the bloom will be of the rose in due time.

HAHA!!! And how the hell did you know that Franco Zefferelli's "Romeo and Juliet" is one of my all time favorite flicks!?? But instead of heaving bosoms over the balcony, there will be....broken octopus legs???

  11. Yes, I am a witch :) but sometimes I amaze even myself with my powers ! Wow, so , really huh? I guess its not the 300 pounders tattooist or is it?

Whoever it is, savour this bittersweet pangs :). And I shall remember this day as the start of legendary great love :)!

  12. O yes, being in love is great, but oh how disturbing for "the every day life"... anyway the quinces look great as usual!

  14. HAHAHA!!!! No Susan, it's not the 300 pound tattoo artist!! Love that man, but it's not him ;-). I haven't quite fallen yet, knock wood. At least I don't think so. I am in that annoying "limbo" stage. I am trying very hard NOT to. It's an internal battle. Damn, I don't have time for this shit!!

  15. Synnove, YES, it IS disturbing!! I am so annoyed!! ! It really is like a sickness. One I wish I had a vaccine for :-/.
