Roasted goose

This is one of the two geese that I made. They actually have really long wing tips, but it kind of creeped me out, so I'm pretending that these were "trimmed"! Seriously, it would have looked like a Pterodactyl if I left them long!!!

  9. Susan, you know I love the creep factor, but I just wasn't sure someone who wanted a straight up goose would want those long things, lol!!!!
    It never dawned on me before, but I think they sometimes remove that entire tip. If you google roasted goose, there are some that look like it's missing entirely. The next one I make, I'll include the Pterodactyl tips :-D!!!
