Head's up!!

I missed my yearly Halloween post, so, in lieu of that, I'm showing you guys some other weirdness! First pic is a big produce head order. They're all lined up because their eyes are drying after a clear coat of resin. The other pics are of some potted shroomage and a couple rather creepy plants.

Eleanor Kilham's Wickedly Wonderful Witches!!

Halloween is nearly upon us, so I thought I'd do a post about my friend Ellie. No one does witches like she does! Her scenes and creations are testament to her florid imagination and her eye for detail. And they just make me smile!! I've also had the pleasure of reading a few of her short stories (about witches, of course!), which are remarkable. So this one's for you, Ellie!! You inspire me!!!

p.s.- I also can't say enough about her son Ketan's talent for photography! Breathtakingly beautiful? HELL YES!!! Just see for yourself. The link will take you to the work of this mother and son talent juggernaut. Buckle your seat belts!

Everything is just ducky....with a side of Cornish Hens

I've been in a bit of a FOWL mood lately, har har! Below, some examples ;-)
I'll be in the October issue of Dollhouse Miniatures, with an article penned by my longtime mentor, Martha Puff!

Catherine's precious pup, and some assorted things...

It's over two months since my last post, and yes, I'm alive!! I want to show off Catherine's Westie, up for adoption!! He is ADORBS!! Look at this little guy:

Catherine's Westie

I have been busy, but I'll show you a few of my more recent things. Honestly, it is getting harder and harder to sift through my avalanche of pictures :-/. HELP!!

I collected rocks as a kid, and every now and then, I get back into it....but this time, I've scaled down ;-). Here's a miniature rock collection. The tiny resin incense burner includes some of my own incense, broken down into wee pieces. The burner I use at home is much more ornate than this one. I burn all types of incense, including, of course, stick, cone, dhoop, resin, and powder. I might just try making some of my own next!
