Basket of Big-Eyed Scad
Hey, it's a basket of fish! What is it with me and the staring eyeballs?? This time I made Big-Eyed Scad, or "Akule" as we call it here in Hawaii. Gramps used to catch these all the time and fry 'em up. Just add some rice and I was in heaven!
I have been meaning to tell you, I even think your leaves are great! I am eating vegetables today, no meat and I really shouldn't be looking at your ever so realistic fishes or the word "rice" typed on your post. So hunnnnnngry now.
