I made the raw oysters, and I usually follow it up with raw clams. Why, I don't know. Making these shells is very fiddly, particularly clam shells. EVERY time I am making clam shells, I promise myself that I will make a mold of a shell so I don't have to sit here and make every single one by hand. But it never happens :-/. And that's ok. I lost my sanity a long time ago....and I am OCD.
