Sardines and Smelt, to be exact ;-). And no blood in sight :-O!! I made some fried fish for an order, so naturally, I went overboard. Making tiny fish is really no more difficult than making bigger ones...I don't know why. But when I do make them, I like to pile em up!! Go big or go home!! Or, erm, go small, right!?
