Two Cornish Hens

Not three, but two. And no partridge in a pear tree :-/. Nearly done with a commission, this time for peaches, a chilled seafood platter, and roasted cornish hens. This one I made to list. These hens are yummy. I remember my mom used to deep fry them, as in submerge them whole in hot oil. She's done the same thing with turkeys and chickens, too. It's hell on the arteries, but oh so yummy!! I've always wanted to try Turducken (A chicken in a duck in a turkey, like a Russian nesting doll!).

    This looks freaking awesome Keaver. I always wanted to try Turducken too, after seeing Zimmern eat it once. Amazing work sweetheart!!

    Turducken? I have never heard of that ! But deep fried whole chicken , double YUMS just like your chixes! :)
