Yep, more meat!!

This is a leg of lamb. I like making my meat exactly the way I like eating it, so it's pretty red/pink ;-). My sister eats hers well done and it makes me gag. Hello, shoe leather??

  12. OMG! You even got the fatty bits down pat! And I have just sort of decided to give up red meat for a while too! I have been "clean" for 6 days :).

    Have you ever had chicken rice from Singapore (do they have it in Hawaii?) Anyway, when you are here, you must try vegetarian chicken rice. You will be amazed at how much they taste like real meat.

    Jean, the Chinese have become really good at making faux meat! :):)
