I love me some fried calamari, but I also love it grilled...or hell, raw! Sometimes this dish is paired with a tomato based sauce, but I just added straight up olive oil ;-).

ReplyDeleteAmazing job Keaver. The tentacles look identical to some calamari tentacles we shared in Chicago. And the charcoaling technique you use is mind boggling. This is something that even the Smithsonian is not worthy of having. The stuffing looks yummy, and my mouth is watering just gazing my eyes over this picture.
